From the Cyberlink Store last October, I purchased the PhotoDirector 5 Ultra, the PhotoDirector Mobile and Power to Go 10 as one package deal. I had to re-format my hard drive recently and did a clean install of Windows. Now since I was not given a CD at the time of purchase, how do I re-install these software. On the website, I only see the option for new purchase or trial copy download. What about a re-install for prodct previously purchased. Please provide this instruction or a link for this information. Thanks in advance. RN

So you didn't back up your computer or make a copy of the download?
Since you have exceeded the grace period where you can re-download your programs, you will have to contact sales support with your purchase information.
Sorry, and good luck .

Linda:
Always start your own thread because people won't know who a post is addressed to.
Delete that CD Key - It is assigned to you and if other people pick it up and start using it, you will be locked out.
You have a medium error. Bad or used disc. Do not use store brands and or/the cheapest disc you can.
Read this from an earlier post:
http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/23657.page
If you are using a good brand of disc, then your burner may have self destructed.

Oct 08, 2016 06:29 Russell -- You're joking aren't you? Did you read the previous post I made about starting your own thread? Also never post your e-mail address -- if you do, you are just feeding the spambots (unless you love spam).
